List the pipeline approvals
const url = 'http://127.0.0.1:8765/api/pipeline/approvals?state=pending';const options = {method: 'GET'};
try { const response = await fetch(url, options); const data = await response.json(); console.log(data);} catch (error) { console.error(error);}curl --request GET \ --url 'http://127.0.0.1:8765/api/pipeline/approvals?state=pending'The approvals: jobs over the per-trigger cap that wait for a yes, with what running them would cost. System data only: ids, codes, counts, numbers and timestamps. A job is named by its job_identity (the posting’s public link). No posting, resume, answer or story text, no title, no company. One trigger (an answer, a story, a changed profile) queues at most pipeline.auto_jobs_per_trigger jobs (10); the rest wait in one approval and nothing of theirs runs until it is approved. jobs is how many it held when it was made, waiting_jobs and waiting the ones still waiting, est_calls the model calls they would make and est_tokens the tokens, from the recorded calls (null when the history cannot say). A pending approval whose jobs were all processed one by one or cancelled is not listed. Oldest first.
