Get the master resume

The master resume: every entry and line with its id, tags and evidence strength. The master resume is the user’s one document of every role, bullet, project and skill, with a stable id on every line and no contact data; a profile shows a selection of it and a tailoring for one job picks from all of it. master is null when there is none yet (build it with POST /api/master/migration, or gigai scout resume master init). Each entry: {id, section, heading, sublines, start, end, ongoing, bullets, order, note}. Each line: {id, section, kind: summary | bullet | skills | other, text, tags, backed, entry_id, order, strength: backed | quantified | stated, mark, note, written_by, source} (a Skills line also label, skills and skill_sources). strength is derived: backed when a story or an answer is linked, quantified when the line states a number. note (null when there is none) is one line of free text that says when a line or an entry is the one to use; it guides which lines are chosen, is never printed in a resume and is not part of mark. written_by (operator | agent) and source say who wrote the line’s text through these routes or gigai scout resume master add | edit, and where its evidence came from; both are null for a line that came with a file. revision is the number a write sends back. shown_by maps a line or entry id to the profiles whose selection shows it (profiles names them); current_revision is the newest revision’s number. file is the master’s file in the resumes folder (GET /api/resumes-folder): GigAI writes the stored master there as master.md after every change, and the user may edit it. state: current (exactly what GigAI last wrote), changed (not_imported true: it holds changes that are not in the master yet) or missing. revision is the revision GigAI last wrote into it, behind whether the master moved on since, beside the file that holds the newer revision meanwhile (master-2.md), action what POST /api/master/sync would do now (import, write, or null). No route reads the file by itself: only POST /api/master/sync imports it.
